Contact
How to report a problem without sharing private image data and how contact availability is displayed.
Available contact method
When a public contact address is available, it is shown on this page. If no address is displayed, there is currently no active email channel for support.
What to include in a report
A useful report includes the browser and operating system, input format, original dimensions, selected settings, expected result, and the exact message shown on screen.
Protecting privacy when reporting
Describe the image instead of attaching a sensitive original. A simple test file with the same format and dimensions is usually enough to reproduce a technical problem.
- Keep the original file before editing.
- Check dimensions, crop, transparency, and file size after download.
- Do not send private source images when reporting a problem.
What not to send
Do not send identity documents, private family photographs, medical images, confidential work files, account credentials, or payment information.
Security-related reports
A security report should explain the affected page, the steps that reproduce the issue, and the possible impact. Do not include copied private data from another person.
Contact availability
Response availability depends on whether a contact method is published. The tool remains usable without an account, but individual troubleshooting cannot be promised.
Contact method
Do not attach sensitive original images. Describe the browser, operating system, input format, dimensions, settings, and visible error instead.
Use the browser-based editor
Apply exact dimensions, target-size compression, and batch settings to your own files.
